Shipping and Returns
All orders are professionally packaged and shipped using FedEx Ground or USPS. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
Domestic Orders (U.S. 48 Contiguous & Canada):
- FED EX Ground - typically arrives in one to five days in U.S. & Canada
- FED EX Ground - typically arrives by 10:30 a.m., 12:00 noon, or end of day, depending on destination
- FED EX 2nd Day Air - typically arrives by the end of the second business day
- FED EX 3rd Day Select - typically arrives by the end of the third business day
International Orders (Including Hawaii & Alaska):
- USPS Priority Mail International 6 to 10 business days*
- USPS First-Class Mail International Delivery time is varied by destination
- USPS Global Express Guaranteed (GXG) 1 to 3 business days
- USPS Express Mail International 3 to 5 days
Business days include Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.For many major markets. Average number of days may vary based upon origin and destination.
Shipping costs for Domestic Ground delivery are included in the cost of each product unless otherwise indicated (Speaker Cabinets and oversize items Excluded). Expidited and/or International orders will be notified with final shipping charges if they exceed the domestic amount.
Thanks for choosing King Guitar for your purchase! As a general rule of thumb we try to avoid returns whenever possible. However, customer satisfaction is always our top priority and we do realize that sometimes a return or exchange may be necessary. Please read through the terms and conditions below to help avoid unnecessary returns and ensure that any returns or exchanges that might be required happen smoothly.
Many other stores offer extended return policies but we believe that can actually be more of a disservice to our customers than a benefit. For example: If you make a purchase from a store that offers a 30 or 45 day 'no questions asked' return policy the item you are purchasing could conceivably have been owned and used by someone else for that amount of time. And what if that happened more than once? Would you still consider that item to be new and worth full price? As a store specializing in hard to find, high-end boutique gear we want to do our best to make sure the item you are purchasing is in the condition described and worth the price you are paying.
Unauthorized returns are not acceptable and may be subject to re-stocking fees of at least 20%. In the event a return or exchange is necessary please follow the following steps: You must call within 1 business day of receiving your merchandise to obtain a return authorization number (RA) and return shipping instructions. The RA must be clearly written on the outside of all returned packages. Any package sent back without a clearly visible RA may be refused.
Returned merchandise must come back undamaged, unregistered and in the same condition that it was shipped out. A copy of the original sales receipt must accompany returned merchandise along with all original packaging, paperwork, accessories, etc… Any items not conforming to this policy may be subject to a restocking fee of at least 20%. (Items that have been registered with the manufacturer for warranty purposes cannot be accepted or will have to be considered - USED.
Refunds will be issued minus all related shipping and handling expenses plus a 6% restocking fee (10% for USPS shipments). Restocking fees may be waived at our discretion for exchanges, items returned for full store credit or purchases made by Cashier’s Check or Bank Wire. All returns must be shipped to King Guitar. We strongly recommend using FedEx or UPS for returns. Items shipped back via USPS may experience delivery problems. Any item not delivered to our address may incur a higher restocking fee.

Addendum re: Special Orders and Back Orders:
Special orders/backorders are non-cancelable. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please do not back order this product if you are uncomfortable with this policy or the fact it might take a while to get this item back in stock.
